Alice’s first Bittersuite adventure began with a trip to Wilderness festival back in 2016 where she played Harp for secret sensory moments, this was the beginning of a really exciting collaborations as musician and outreach facilitator, which led us eventually to ‘HELD’ in the Spring of 2021. One warm summer evening in July 2018 at the Royal Academy Summer Party there was a wonderful Bittersuite collaboration with Shelley James where we created an interactive light and movement show set to a live performance with the Alice Phelps band called ‘Illuminations’. Alice has become involved in many of the bespoke and extremely special outreach programs, specialising in intergenerational and SEN workshops.
